i always found jim jones to be the weirdest
of all the primadonna's.

that fukker was INSANE!!!!

compared to koresh, or the heaven's gate geeks,
of course, i always tend to admire those people.

when i say this, i notice many people no longer
associate me with 'normal' people simply
because i tend to learn from such things.
i find them fascinating.

the one sentence that usually sinks it for me is:

"you gotta give those people respect!!"

and then everyone shrinks away.

i only say that they deserve respect because
DAMN! how many of us dream of conquering
a group of x-number and being leader of a world.

the common thread amongst them all is that
the fukkin public were so gawd-damned fickle-minded
and desperate for high-standards that they
practically urged someone to lead them.
the masterminds that led them to their 'dream'
are the ones condemned...

Hahaahaa. By best friend in Junior High School (what would that be, 7th or 8th grade?) whenever getting into a historical argument with anyone (trust me, history didn't mean squat to a 12-year old), and fascism or WWII or nazis came up, he'd somehow always stick his foot down his throat! Something about respect for Himmlers battle tactics, or Hitlers plans for revitalizing & strengthening the "mother land". He stayed out of the politics, but into the behind-the-scenes Red Tape mess, that actually got things done.

ya never really notice taboo words or phrases
in the english (american) language until you
bring morality into it.

its like, people think you are recreating
